What is the ETT ACT® practice test?

ETT offers full-length ACT® practice tests built to the enhanced ACT's current structure — 50 English, 45 Math, and 36 Reading questions, plus the optional 40-question Science section — with realistic timing and scoring on the official 1–36 scale. English and Math question banks are also available for topic-by-topic practice.

What is the enhanced ACT®?

The enhanced ACT is ACT's redesigned exam, rolled out in April 2025. It is shorter than the legacy test, math questions have four answer choices instead of five, the science section is optional, and the composite score is now the average of English, Math, and Reading. ETT's ACT practice tests match this current structure exactly.

Are ETT's practice tests scored like the real exams?

Yes. SAT® practice tests are scored on the official 400–1600 scale using the same adaptive module structure as the real Digital SAT®. ACT® practice tests use the official 1–36 scale per section, with the composite averaged from English, Math, and Reading — matching how the enhanced ACT is scored.

How is ETT's content reviewed before it reaches students?

Every question is cross-reviewed by other subject specialists on the team before release — they solve it independently, challenge the answer choices, and check that difficulty and format match the real exam. After release, we monitor how questions perform against real student data, and flagged items go back to the specialists for re-review. How often is ETT's content updated?

Our Digital SAT® material is updated monthly to reflect the latest test trends. ACT® material follows the enhanced ACT's current structure and scoring, and questions flagged by student performance data are re-reviewed and corrected in the next content update.

I closed the window or my device turned off while taking the test. What should I do?

If you re-access the test, you can continue from where you left off.

On what devices can I use ETT?

You can use it on any device you own (desktop, laptop, pad, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

I didn't receive the sign-in code to my email when I registered. What should I do?

Check your email inbox and spam mail. If you still haven't received it, click the Resend button on the Sign-in page. Alternatively, you can log in directly with Google without a code.
