Are the questions really from ACT?
Yes. ACT licenses real test questions and answers to ETT, and ETT builds them into its practice tests, practice sets, explanations and hints, alongside questions written by ETT’s own specialists.
Is ETT part of ACT?
No. ETT is an independent company. ACT licenses content to ETT and lists ETT among its Strategic Partners. ETT designs and runs its own prep program.
What’s different about the enhanced ACT® test?
Since April 2025 the test is shorter, Science is optional, Math questions have four choices, and the Composite comes from English, Math and Reading. ETT’s practice tests follow the new format. Read what changed on the enhanced ACT® test.
How does ETT compare to a prep course?
