If you're new to our platform, you can ignore this — it only applies to returning users familiar with the previous exam numbering of our platform. We've updated our platform to simplify the exam numbering system, changing from 8–17 to 1–10 for easier navigation and consistency. Rest assured, the content of the exams remains the same, and any purchases you made under the previous numbering (8–17) are still valid and correspond to the new numbering (1–10). For example, Exam 8 is now Exam 1, Exam 9 is now Exam 2, and so on. If you have questions about accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team.

We’re excited to share that, even as we transition to a subscription-based model, legacy users like you will retain full access to all previously purchased individual exams. This ensures you can continue to utilize the content you’ve invested in without interruption. We deeply appreciate your support and are committed to delivering a seamless experience as we evolve our platform.

Your previously purchased exams remain fully accessible as per the original terms of purchase. However, to access new exams, including any remaining or forthcoming exams in our library, you will need an active subscription (Free, Prep Rookie, or Score Soarer, subject to tier limitations).

Yes, you can renew your plan at any time if you have a 12-month plan. You'll receive a 50% renewal discount! If you have a 6-month plan, you can upgrade to a 12-month plan by paying the difference.

To ensure you receive the sign-in code, check your email inbox and spam folder, as delivery issues may occur if your inbox is full. Clear space if needed to allow the code to arrive. If the code still hasn’t arrived, select the 'Resend' button on the sign-in page.
