After you've finished your AP practice test, you'll immediately get your score, which is calculated following the College Board's scoring system of 1 to 5. You can see how you performed and understand where you need to focus your studying to increase your score. You can also see how your score compares to other students who have taken the practice tests, so you'll know your relative performance.
