These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and ETT Education & Technology Group, Inc. ("ETT," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ETT website located at ett-test.com, the ETT® web and mobile applications, and all related products, content, services, and features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you: (a) acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms; (b) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice; and (c) represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the foregoing eligibility requirement. Parents and legal guardians of minors remain fully responsible for the minor’s use of the Services.
Certain portions of the Services require you to create an account. You agree to:
ETT® offers the following subscription-based plans:
Plan features and prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may include Digital SAT® tests, adaptive tests, video solutions, question bank size, analytics, and promotional benefits.
Users who purchased paid tests, courses, or lectures before May 22, 2025 retain lifetime access to already purchased materials ("Legacy Materials"). This does not include future updates unless explicitly stated.
Access begins from purchase date and lasts for the subscription term (e.g., 6 or 12 months). Upon expiration, access to restricted content is suspended unless renewed.
Plans renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled before the term ends.
Fees are payable in USD. You authorize charges through your selected payment method.
All purchases are final once access is granted. Refunds apply only where legally required (e.g., defective content or mandatory cooling-off periods).
Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first is a breach and may lead to account suspension.
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license for personal, educational use. All content remains property of ETT. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
You agree not to:
We may investigate and act, including suspending accounts or reporting illegal activity.
You retain ownership of submitted content but grant ETT a license to use it to operate and improve the Services. You must have the rights to your content.
The Services may link to or integrate third-party content. ETT is not responsible for their content or practices.
We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. This does not remove offline access to Legacy Materials if already granted.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms end. Some provisions (e.g., IP, indemnity, liability) survive termination.
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no guarantees of improvement or specific outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is the greater of $100 or what you paid in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold ETT harmless from any claims or losses related to your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Governed by New Jersey law. Disputes go to courts in Bergen County, NJ. We may choose binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions are not permitted.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted for 30 days. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. You may not transfer rights without consent.
